Your tax rate updates seem to be a month behind lately. The updates you have for Nov were actually effective in October. I have found this site very useful in the past, but the last few months they have been behind by a month.

I assure you that our tax research department is in contact with every state’s department of revenue every month searching for notifications of tax rate changes. Sometimes a state will announce their changes after the release date of our updates (around 1 week prior to the 1st of the month) and those changes are then added to our data the following month.
